Orange Beach Fishing Association

WELCOME! Alabama's Gulf Coast offers a wonderful variety of inshore and offshore saltwater fishing opportunities, as well as diving charters. We are also home of Alabama's largest charter fishing fleet. With 94 boats listed, we have something to offer every saltwater angler regardless of experience. We're sure you'll find a trip that is just right for you.

Our membership is comprised of Captains, Mates, Owners, Business Associate Members and Individual Associate Members who share a common bond, an interest in saltwater fishing and the preservation of saltwater fish in the Gulf of Mexico. Fishery Regulations have increased dramatically in the last five years. New methods of measuring the health of fisheries have evolved and the framework in which fishery managers must operate has been more narrowly defined. More than ever, fishermen need to understand the biological basis of regulations as well as the regulatory process. Well informed fishermen can become a part of the process rater than the objects of regulations. Membership in the Orange Beach Fishing Association can keep you informed so that you are a part of the process. Please join with us in protecting your rights to fish.

The Orange Beach Fishing Association is supportive of many community activities including the Lighted Boat Parade, the Adopt-A-Beach and Adopt-A-Reef programs. Click the following link for information on our annual month-long October Fishing Rodeo.

Donations from our first chartering families are on display in the Sea and Indian Museum of Orange Beach. The Museum is located off Highway 161 in front of the post office.
